Mo2Salon consists of three stylist levels, junior, senior and master.
Prices are determined by the stylist’s experience level at Mo2Salon, hair growth, texture, hair type, and density.
As co-founder of Mo2Salon, Molouk brings over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, providing clients with the latest techniques in hair design. She has attended professional development courses with Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, and Davines, continuously refining her skills to stay at the forefront of hairstyling. Her expertise has been shaped by training with some of the industry’s most renowned masters, including Sally Rogers, Angelo Seminara, David Adams, and Allen Ruiz.
Molouk specializes in textured, razor, short, and long haircuts, offering tailored styles that complement each client’s features and lifestyle. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowout, Coppola, and Keratin Smoothing Treatments, providing expert solutions for sleek, frizz-free hair. Passionate about personalized service, she takes the time to understand her clients' hair goals and needs.
As co-founder of Mo2Salon, Mohsen brings over 20 years of expertise in the hair industry, specializing in advanced color and cutting techniques. As a Davines Education ambassador, he is highly skilled in creative color techniques such as Balayage, creating seamless, dimensional color that enhances each client’s natural beauty. His dedication to continuous education has led him to complete advanced cutting courses with Aveda, Vidal Sassoon, and Davines, refining his precision and artistry.
In addition to his color and cutting expertise, Mohsen is certified in Hairdreams extensions, offering clients high-quality, natural-looking hair transformations. Known for his ability to craft brilliant colors and detailed haircuts, he takes a personalized approach to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
Victoria brings over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry as a licensed, full-service hairstylist and educator. She began her career after attending cosmetology school on Fifth Avenue in New York City and has since built a distinguished career working behind the chair while also educating future professionals throughout Charlotte’s beauty schools.
Her advanced education includes studying creative color and session work at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, England, as well as additional training at a separate Vidal Sassoon school in London. With a strong foundation in Aveda and advanced Davines color training, Victoria is known for her technical precision, creative eye, and consistently beautiful, wearable results.

Jia is a passionate hairstylist who has devoted her entire career to making people feel confident and beautiful. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in a variety of locations across the globe, including California, Louisiana, Australia, and South Korea, bringing a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her craft.
Jia has studied with renowned institutions such as Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell, Pivot Point, Davines, and Brazilian Blowout, and holds certifications to work in Australia, South Korea, and the USA. With her extensive expertise in all aspects of hairstyling, Jia’s main strength lies in her honesty—always providing clients with thoughtful and realistic guidance on what will work best for their hair and lifestyle.
With over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, Joy specializes in color, cutting, and hair health. From 2013 to 2020, she worked in a teaching salon for Organic Color Systems in Illinois, where she trained and mentored fellow stylists in natural, ammonia-free color techniques. Additionally, she has completed advanced professional courses with Davines in both color and cutting, allowing her to create customized, high-quality results while prioritizing the integrity of the hair.
Passionate about serving others, Joy believes in making every client feel confident and beautiful. Her holistic approach to hair care blends artistry with a deep commitment to maintaining strong, healthy hair. Whether a client is looking for a transformative color, a precision cut, or expert guidance on hair maintenance, Joy is dedicated to delivering personalized, professional service.
Having trained in California, Alex brings 18 years of experience in precision cutting, creative color, and advanced hair treatments. His expertise spans a variety of techniques, including balayage, foiling, and customized color formulations to enhance each client's natural beauty. With in-depth knowledge of Davines color and hair care products, Alex specializes in creating vibrant, long-lasting color while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. He is also certified in Brazilian Blowout and other professional smoothing treatments, ensuring sleek, healthy, and frizz-free results. Passionate about delivering personalized service, he takes the time to understand his clients' needs and lifestyle, crafting styles that are both modern and manageable.
Sepi has been working in the beauty industry since 2021 and is a proud graduate of the Aveda Institute. She has completed Davines Color Theory and works alongside Mohsen, continually refining her craft through advanced education and hands-on experience. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Sepi approaches every service with artistry and precision. Her passion for beauty stems from her desire to make every guest feel confident and cared for.

Brissa has been a hairstylist for over two and a half years. After graduating from the Aveda Institute and studying Davine's color and Davine's haircare products, Brissa has developed a deep passion for the craft. A lifelong resident of Charlotte, Brissa loves witnessing the city's growth and is dedicated to making clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Born in Mexico City and raised in Charlotte since the age of three, Sarah brings both passion and precision to her craft. After graduating from cosmetology school, she began her career in a barbershop, where she honed her skills in clipper fades. Over time, she developed a strong interest in color, drawn to the transformative impact it can have on a client's overall look and confidence. Sarah has completed advanced training in Davines color theory and mixology, and she’s dedicated to helping clients feel confident and beautiful through every service. She works alongside Molouk at Mo2Salon and is excited to continue growing in her career and within the Mo2Salon team.
As Chief Operating Officer of Mo2Salon, Donna plays a vital role in the salon’s daily operations and long-term growth. Part of the founding family, she has been with Mo2Salon for over 14 years, helping shape it into the welcoming, high-performing space it is today. Working alongside her mother, Molouk, and her uncle, Mohsen, Donna ensures that every aspect of the salon runs seamlessly—from client experience to team management and brand development. Her hands-on leadership and deep dedication to the salon’s family-owned values help create a warm, comfortable environment where both guests and staff feel at home.
Antigone has been part of the Mo2Salon family for over three years. She began her journey with us as a front desk team member and has since grown into a key part of our guest experience operations. With her attention to detail and caring nature, Antigone ensures that every client’s visit is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from start to finish.Her dedication to creating an exceptional salon experience shines through in everything she does — from coordinating schedules to making sure each guest feels truly valued.Outside of the salon, Antigone’s creativity continues to flourish through her love for show business and the theater.
